Verity Woolf

FOUNDER - RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL DESIGN DIRECTOR

BA Hons. PG. Dip MA

British designer Verity Woolf has over 30 years of design industry experience. She began her career as an art director and production designer in film and television, honing a unique ability to instil a sense of character and narrative into a space. Later, she worked in an architectural practice as a senior interior designer.

Since establishing WOOLF in 2009, Verity has designed for a wide array of clients. They are drawn by her discrete, collaborative and fun-loving approach to the design journey. Verity treats projects like a curator, skilfully mixing specially made pieces with antique furniture, contemporary design and artworks that reflect the passions and personalities of her clients. She enjoys guiding them on an unexpected design journey.

Verity frequently works in tandem with teams of architects on demanding, complex and detailed schemes towards a common design objective. Her work spans interior architecture, interior design and decoration, with the majority of her projects being high-end residential properties and luxury hotels.

Myca De San Jose

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL INTERIOR ARCHITECT

BA (1st Class Hons) Interior Architecture

Myca has a strong background in spatial design, bespoke joinery, and product design. She brings advanced CAD skills and technical detailing expertise, informed by experience designing houses and hotels. Her steady, detail-oriented approach encourages historic and contemporary interior design excellence throughout every project phase. Myca balances creative vision with precise technical execution, supporting the development of uniquely distinctive interiors.

Afroditi Kirmi

HISTORIC BUILDING ARCHITECT

MA arch Dip ARB RIBA

Afroditi is a chartered architect specializing in complex listed building consents. With over 20 years of experience in high-end architecture, she combines exceptional technical expertise with an innate ability to visualize spatial potential. Afroditi delivers unique solutions with meticulous attention to detail across townhouses, country homes, boutique hotels and members clubs, creating tailored, classic contemporary designs through her holistic approach. 

Jacqueline Stryker

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL INTERIOR ARCHITECT

MA (Hons) Interior Architecture & Design

Jacqueline specialises in high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects worldwide. With over a decade of experience on complex international projects, she brings a polished design vision and a confident, upbeat approach. A natural team player, Jacqueline works seamlessly with multidisciplinary consultant teams across hotels, residences, and commercial projects to deliver refined, elegant interiors that balance creative ambition with commercial success.

Jo Wilde

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL FF&E DESIGNER

LLB Law (Hons) Cert. Interior Design

Jo is an FF&E designer specialising in hospitality, residential, and heritage interiors. She creates refined, layered schemes with meticulous attention to detail, drawing on our extensive library of textiles, materials, lighting, and furnishing suppliers. She ensures quality, consistency and design integrity throughout every project. From concept through to specification, procurement, installation, and handover, Jo brings clarity, organisation and seamless delivery.

Jenny Mills

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGNER

BA (1st Class Hons) Interior Architecture and Design

Jenny combines a proactive, positive attitude with strong technical expertise and advanced 3D visualisation skills. Specialising in historic and contemporary interiors, she delivers clear design intent and spatial solutions that are creatively inspired and well considered. With a practical, problem-solving approach across diverse projects, Jenny translates client visions into thoughtfully crafted, distinctive spaces executed with confidence, clarity, and precision.

Lou Temlett

DIGITAL MARKETING & INTERIOR BRANDING

BSc (Hons) MediaLab Arts, Dip Mgmt (Open)

Lou works across digital strategy and interior branding, helping hospitality businesses align brand identity, spatial experience, and commercial intent. Drawing on experience across automotive, finance, healthcare, and hospitality sectors, she brings strategic thinking and commercial integration between physical and digital environments. Lou's insightful, grounded approach creates digital clarity and cohesive brand narratives that enhance guest experience and support long-term marketing value.

DUNCAN MCLEOD

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Duncan provides comprehensive financial management across all WOOLF operations, specialising in client account oversight and project billing. His meticulous approach ensures accurate costing, procurement control, detailed reporting, cash-flow monitoring, strategic resource management, precise record-keeping, and tax compliance—maintaining transparency, budget control, and accountability, for both WOOLF and its clients across complex creative projects and long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional fiscal stewardship.
